The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for customer engagement.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, engaging them with the products offered on Jumble Carts, and persuading them to make purchases.2. Customer Outreach: Initiate and maintain a rapport with potential customers through effective communication via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.3. Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the products available on the e-commerce site to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and promotions to customers.4. Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.5. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups within the CRM system.6. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services, products, and overall customer satisfaction.7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and promotions.8. Adaptability: Adapt quickly to changing scenarios and market conditions, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.9.
