DigitalSkunks work with companies of all sizes from the aerospace, telecommunications and automotive industries.We are looking to expand our team in Noida as soon as possibleAble to write test cases, scenarios, test data creation, SQL, DB, logging defect Co- ordination with different teams, client communication QC experience is an added advantage ISEB/ ISTQB certification is an added advantage / nice to have Prepares test reports and ensures that defects are identified, assigned for Resolving tracked and resolved Provides detailed and timely status updates to management and executives Participate as a team member in testing, analysis, process management to identify issues and risks Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in- depth evaluation of variable factors Fosters a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of testing and troubleshooting software and instills the principles of this culture in the team. Ensures that teams have appropriate knowledge, direction and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines. Troubleshooting in case of issues at a client (which will include emergency out- of- hours support), Report to Unit Head. Your profile Qualifications: Graduate , BE, MCA, MCM, BCS, MCS. Have 3- 5 years of relevant working experience Be able to plan your own work and time by a proper and lucid definition of the tasks at hand, and report on progress Have working experience and hands- on knowledge of Billing Mediation, Service Activation & Provisioning, Interconnect, Billing & CRM products and other BSS Modules Understanding of a Telco environment is nice to have The ability to adapt to changing priorities Be willing to do national and international travel on a regular basis Planning system support, daily activities, prioritizing would be a part of daily job.
