Involved with resolution of complex software development issues that may arise in a production environment. Understands customer requirements, develops and evaluates alternative systems solutions. Participate in the Weekly status call with the client to discuss the action items on outstanding Incidents, Service requests and changes for the week. Responsible for Creating/ Configuring monitoring tools and automate proactive monitoring tasks.
