What You Will Learn and Contribute To
    • At Nokia Software we are looking for a Key User Business Support to join our Global Delivery Team in our office based in India/Noida/Chennai.
    • The Key User Business Support is responsible for supporting the end users (Nokia Engineers) of our Internal business tools and proactively identifying any issues and resolving them. This Team provides support related to the following tools: NCT, CDB, Support Portal (SP), SWST, New CH Tool (Salesforce)
    • This is an excellent opportunity for Key User Business Support to work with international teams based across the globe.
    As part of our team, you will:
    • Acting as a point of contact between the Nokia Engineers and the tools teams
    • Supporting the Nokia Engineer (end Users) with the tools
    • Guide them to perform their daily tasks on the tool
    • Proactively identifying tool issues and correcting them
    • Escalating the issues to upper levels to be fixed or even making changes requests to improve the tools
    • Participating in the development of the tools UATs (*) by performing the testing
    • Collaborating in the tool workshops
    • Answering any queries related to the tools
    • Informing Engineers on any tools updates or downtime periods
    • Filtering Nokia Engineer cases, so that only major issues will be escalated to L2 Support
    • Providing clarity on the tools handling and processes so they are fully understood and followed by the Nokia Engineers
