  • Graduate / Post Graduate, preferably BBA/MBA
  • Understanding of recruitment & selection process.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity and be a solid team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with ability to take ownership and drive results.
  • Clear communications and ability to share and express.
  • Logical thinker and go getter personality&Ensure Deliver and meet quarterly targets.
Mandatory Skills:Should have good communication and convincing skills-1.Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.2. Handling a smooth coordination with clients for feedback and follow up.
  1. Searching resumes in various Job Portals & social Network and good understand in Head Hunting.3. Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description.4. Conducting initial interviews by phone or face to face to determine experience and skill level.5. Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position.6. Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate s experience and requirement.7. Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.8. Arranging client interviews and completing required paper work if candidate gets selected for the position.
  2. Maintain the candidates record in data bank.
