Trainee / Technical Content Writer Eligibility: Any graduate or post graduate (education in IT will be an added advantage) Candidate with working knowledge of MS Office , MS Visio , and Snag IT or similar tools will be preferred Interpret complex software designs and un - clear clients requirements and define them precisely in a document Review documents describing the proposed functionality and identify gaps , if any , between the proposed and desired functionality Keeping in mind the background of target audience , write manuals for end - users explaining the use of a particular feature / module Create documents and presentations for new hires to explain the configuration of various setups of the application to achieve the desired results Guide existing resource with the basics of writings so as to improve the overall quality of technical documents Help in the establishment and enforcement of the standards for Technical Writing,
