As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for organizing and producing training programs and events as requested by clients. You will be required to produce training event/ session deliverables in a creative manner on time and within a defined delivery process. You will work with the client, the delivery team, facilitators and others to result in high quality training events. Also, you will use project management tools to provide consistent service to clients and track billing, budget and project milestones. Your ability to listen effectively, resolve issues, solve problems, add value and facilitate client interactions will lead to effective client relationships and success in this role. Responsibilities: Coordinate end- to- end delivery support for multiple training events per month. Support the production of the programs materials (workbooks, slides, handouts, etc.) by making changes to multiple versions and providing creativity to the layout/ design and graphics. Work in collaboration with designers, providing guidance on how to use our templates and applying company and client- specific standards. Maintain version control for multiple editions of program materials for each training event. Schedule resources required to design and deliver the programs, and working with them on invoicing and travel arrangements. Manage the purchasing of bulk program materials, supplemental materials and assessments. Coordinate on- site facility needs of programs, such as room layout and equipment requirements. Send out and process a variety of pre- program assignments and assessment instruments. Send out preparation materials to faculty and designers. Coordinate the complete packaging and delivery for the training events and tracking shipments, ensuring quality control for all client deliverables. Manage the evaluation process by compiling and distributing results. Communicate via e- mail, voice and face- to- face with clients, facilitators and the internal team regarding the progress against the plan, managing problem escalation and issue resolution to ensure smooth execution of all events. Take steps to anticipate issues that will impact the budget, service quality or client satisfaction. Manage financial and business administration, including documenting project details in project management system. Job Qualifications (Minimum): Any Bachelor s degree required. Min. 5 years of Training administration experience is needed. Min. 5 years of experience in client service environment. Must possess advanced Word and PowerPoint experience and skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines; attention to detail and accuracy. Team player with very strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Customer service orientation with strong skills in planning and organizing in a changing environment. Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment. Experience in learning and development field (or equivalent education).,
