Trust & Safety Executive

Job Description

Looking for a Trust & Safety Support Executive to join our team at one of our metro city offices.Key Responsibilities:- Review and investigate flagged accounts, transactions, or activities for potential fraud or policy violations- Analyze patterns and data points to identify suspicious behavior and emerging fraud trends- Take appropriate action on confirmed violations as per defined policies and SOPs (account holds, warnings, bans, etc.)- Handle escalations related to disputed transactions, chargebacks, or account suspensions- Coordinate with internal teams (risk, legal, ops, customer support) to resolve complex cases- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of investigations and decisions taken- Identify gaps in existing fraud detection processes and recommend improvements- Stay updated on fraud tactics, scam patterns, and platform abuse trends- Ensure all actions comply with internal policy and relevant data/privacy guidelinesRequired Skills and Qualifications:- 3-5 years of experience in trust & safety, fraud investigation, risk operations, or a related field- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail- Ability to make sound, unbiased decisions based on data and policy, even under ambiguity- Comfortable working with case management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion- Basic understanding of fraud patterns, chargebacks, KYC, or transaction monitoring is a plus- Ability to work full-time from office in a process-driven, fast-paced environment
