Were looking for exceptional talent to join us.Skills The Challenge:We are looking for a designer with coding skills to support the Performance Management Group, which serves various Operations and Managerial teams run the recurring revenue Creative Cloud and Marketing Cloud businessWe expect the designer to provide thought leadership and work on current / emerging trends and technologies and evangelize these with the development teams What youll do:Design for web based applications to assist the Performance Management Group to fine tune processes and provide superior user experience to usersCreate Design for Mobile applications across operating systems, these applications cater to business operations and reportingHelp visualize data and create reports and dashboards for business users and analysts on the teamQuickly understand visual language of an existing site and create new designsCreate hand-coded CSS driven, standards-based HTML, design layouts and assetsEnsure design is cross-browser and cross platform compatibleEducation What you need to succeed:Bachelors / Masters in Design (Interaction Design, Industrial Design) / B.E. / B.TechBe proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and common design and layout applicationsKnowledge of grid systems and usability best practicesAt least 2 years of front-end web technologies including HTML 5, CSS 3 , JavaScript and JQuery etcKnowledge of methods used for browser compatibility including those for older browsersExperience with developing responsive design websitesFamiliarity with Mobile UI and touch frameworksStrong attention to detail,
