Job Description

    Job Title : Sr. Technical Lead (3A) Location : Noida Key skills : Architecture, Design and development of application with Java/JEE, Open Source Frameworks Technologies and DevOps. Experience : 8-12 yrs in development projects Education qualification : BE / B.Tech/ MS/ M.Tech Mandatory Skills: Technical:
    • Ability to understand as is system and should be able to define/recommend target architecture along with evolution and roadmap
    • Ability to find out technical solution for requirements and suggest tools and technologies
    • Ability to evaluate and recommend tools/technologies/solution based on research and study supported by proof of concept
    • Ability to capture requirements, perform analysis and create architecture & design (OOAD)
    • Ability to translate requirements to working, robust and scalable software.
    • Ability to learn new platforms, frameworks and programming languages and adopt changes.
    • Knowledge of CIT (using Jenkins or GITLABCI), Pipeline as code.
    • Java & Frameworks : Java 1.8 or above. JPA, Spring Boot (including Spring Data, Spring Rest, Spring Security, Spring Cloud)
    • Ability to architect, design and implement Cloud Native Application using Microservices, Constrainers and Cloud. Experience with API Gateway, and other Microservices Patterns like Circuit Breaker, SAGA etc
    • Experience of developing and deploying scalable, reliable and robust application on cloud (preferably AWS), Containers
    • Java Script Framework : React JS or Angular or ExtendedJS
    • Application security
    Soft skills:
    • Very strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Self-starter and highly motivated with passion for emerging technologies and trends
    Desired Skills:
    • Working experience of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban techniques
    • Good understanding and experience in DevOps, Openshift/Kubernates
    • Experience/knowledge of React, JQuery, NodeJS, Elastic Search, Docker, Python
    Good to have skills
    • Certification on AWS or Azure cloud
    • Experience of developing and deploying Java/JEE applications in cloud
    • MEAN Stack Framework knowledge
    Role This role will be working as an Solutions Building Responsibilities
    • Responsible for overall architecture solution
    • Study current state, conduct PoCs to suggest addition of features.
    • Responsible for requirement gathering, analysis, design and review of application life cycle artifacts
    • Coaching, mentoring and helping team members in acquiring new skills and troubleshooting
    • Responsible for development of key features.
    • Participate in status meetings and provide regular updates.
