Job Description

    Location:Oman Experience:2 to 8 years Industry: Skin, Hair, and Body CareRole Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Professional to join our team and deliver exceptional services aligned with Kayas SOP standards. The role focuses on providing high-quality skin, hair, and body treatments, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Service Delivery:
    • Perform a variety of services, including Laser, Peels, Body Services, Facial treatments, etc., for clients of all genders.
    • Conduct pre-checks before treatments and explain procedures, benefits, machines used, and post-care.
    • Assist doctors with doctor-led procedures and identify the need for doctor intervention during or after services.
    • Ensure MOH formalities are completed as required.
    Driving Business:
    • Cross-sell products and services to enhance clinic operations and improve client retention.
    • Analyze client needs for skin, hair, and body treatments, recommending suitable services and dermatologist consultations.
    • Drive sales for Laser treatments, skincare products, and other services.
    • Follow up with existing clients for appointments and ensure conversion of clients for follow-up sessions.
    System & Process Orientation:
    • Ensure client consent forms and therapy sheets are prepared and signed appropriately.
    • Seek doctor reviews and signatures on laser therapy sheets and maintain client documentation.
    • Adhere to stock management processes and support clinic operations.
    • Perform regular audits and maintain adherence to set processes and standards.
    Customer Experience Management:
    • Deliver a world-class customer experience by understanding client needs and recommending tailored treatments.
    • Prepare clients for doctor-led procedures and explain post-session medications or products.
    • Follow up on laser treatments to address skin reactions and collect feedback on services delivered.
    • Strive to achieve high NPS scores, client retention, and positive mystery audit results.
