The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by visiting clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves working in the field, meeting prospective customers, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities
    • Visit potential and existing customers to present products/services and close sales deals.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to clients effectively.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, including customer feedback and market insights.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
    • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other networking events.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
