Job Description

Sales Campaign Management:Design, launch, and oversee targeted sales campaigns to drive revenue.Track campaign success and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.3. Incentive Program Development:Create and manage incentive programs to encourage team members to exceed targets.Evaluate program effectiveness regularly and implement necessary adjustments.4. Performance Governance:Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company standards.Generate detailed performance reports, identifying trends and areas needing improvement.5. Training and Development:Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance team sales skills.Offer ongoing coaching and constructive feedback to improve individual and team outcomes.6.
