Job Description

    No. of openings: 8Salary Range: 2.5 LPA-4.20LPANote: Immediate Joiners would be preferred.The ideal candidate who wishes to expand his or her career in Real Estate combined with substantial exposure of 6 months (minimum) into Residential and Commercial property types is preferred.
    1. Candidates who have an experience in Real estate Sales and responsible for achieving Overall Targets.
    1. Maintaining and Developing Relationships with Existing Customers In Person And Via Telephone Calls And Emails.
    1. Reviewing Your Own Sales Performance, Aiming To Meet Or Exceed Targets-Gaining A Clear Understanding Of Customers Businesses And Requirements.
    1. Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business;
    1. Effective And Positive Real Estate Negotiating Skills.
    2. Listening To Customer Requirements and Presenting Appropriately To Make A Sale.
    3. Target Achiever and responsible for accompanying clients for site visits.
    8.Coordinate with the customer and close the deal on its own. 9.Have deep knowledge of Real Estate Sector & changing marketing trendsTotal Experience : Minimum 6 monthsQualification: Graduate or EquivalentDesired candidates:
    • He/she must be graduate
    • He/she must have good communication skills
    • Own vehicle either two-wheeler or four-wheeler will be an added advantage.
