Lead the scrum team using agile methodology and drive scrum practices. Coordinate with project managers and project leads following project execution.A successful candidate should have:WoW maturity and can help guide/mentor team. Can own delivery forecast & deliveries including stakeholder management/comms related to delivery forecast.Passion to work with Level 4 mature team and take them to next level.Experience, maturity, and leadership for Agile & DevOps practices.Min experience expected - 5 years Telecom Domain experience Played Agile Scrum Master role in the recent past Hands on Scrum Master (Must have), Min 4 years experience as Scrum Master Good knowledge on Agile and Scrum framework Risk & dependency management Worked in Scaled Agile environment (Good to have) Ability to manage up to 2 Scrum teams Exposure to Development and Support teamsAny specific technical / domain knowledge required (Must have or Good to have)Agile Dev Ops concepts and tools Telecom Domain (Good to have, but not mandatory) CRM/Salesforce basic knowledge (Good to have, but not mandatory) Scrum Master certifications from recognised instituteAny tools knowledge required (Must have or Good to have) - JIRA Expert level.
