Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized Telecaller Cum Coordinator to handle customer communication, follow-ups, lead coordination, and administrative support. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling Responsibilities
    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
    • Explain company products/services and generate leads.
    • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and pending requirements.
    • Maintain a database of customer interactions and call records.
    • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
    • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
    Coordination Responsibilities
    • Coordinate between clients and internal departments for smooth operations.
    • Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up calls.
    • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
    • Track task progress and ensure timely completion.
    • Assist management with administrative and operational activities.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
    Required Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
    Qualification
    • Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream).
    • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
    Experience
    • 01-03 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Coordination, or Administration.
    Salary
