Housekeeping supervision for the office. Arranging setup for meeting & Birthday Party in conference rooms. Attending incoming and outgoing calls. Attending to all enquiries and clients. Dealing with complaints and handling them. Stationary issuing authority. Maintaining stationary stocks. Handling incoming and outgoing couriers. Maintaining attendance registers. Form filling by candidate & other process. Mobile & sim card issuing authority as per HR instructions. Maintaining mobile issued file. Maintaining companies envelops, brochures, calendars, diary etc. Filling of the arrival and departure register. Doing Check in & Check out. Maintaining all office files Update extn. List time to time. Communication and coordination with other departments.
