Job Description

JD for Enterprise Sales - Account Manager

  • Acquisition of new customers and constantly expanding the business.
  • Should have a rich experience on lease-line /Broadband sales.
  • Candidate would be responsible to increase the sales& revenue through lease-line sales.
  • Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs.
  • First class consultative sales skills. Good understanding of Features and Benefits.
  • Leading a team of sales representatives and coaching them in their respective field.
  • Liaising with upper management ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Analyzing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information.
  • Be aware of all competitive activities within major accounts.
  • Sales presentations for clients showing the success and credibility of the business and its products.
  • Training sales team on sales techniques, administration and product.
  • Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies.
Requirements for the role:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 2+ Years of Lease line Sales experience essential.
  • Demonstrable and successful sales track record.
  • Good technical background in product area is desirable.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Proven record of effectively meeting sales quotas.
  • A degree in business studies would be an advantage.
