We look for candidates who are digital natives and demonstrate dexterity in utilizing technology to solve real world problemsRoles and Responsibilities:- Technical Expertise
• 4 to 9 years of experience in user interface development & in defining UI architecture and strategy
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in solutioning (UI Architecture, Tech. Approach, Cost Estimation) for presales activities RFPs/RFIs.
• In depth understanding of the Angular framework in & out, angular universal, server-side rendering, progressive web apps (PWA).
• Should have knowledge on multiple JavaScript framework, if required should be able to learn and adapt to the new framework or ecosystem.
• Expert knowledge in OOJS, ES6, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, RxJS, NodeJS and jQuery
• Expertise in implementing better stage-managed applications using Flux / Redux / NgRx
• Good Knowledge in Bootstrap and CSS pre processers (Sass / Less)
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT, OAuth, SSO or integration SSO with Active Directory.
• Deep Understanding of usability concerns and experience in delivering standard, compliant (W3C, XHTML) and accessible (WCAG, 508) websites.
• Experience in creating and maintaining robust online design systems with UI kits, UI pattern libraries, and shared components
• Experience with JS utility libraries: Lodash, moment, jQuery, Underscore
• Good Knowledge in working With Gulp, Grunt, Karma, Jasmin / jestjs
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Proficient in understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/bitbucket/Azure DevOps
• Design approaches to support internationalization and localization in the product from day one
• Sound knowledge of performance and optimization techniques
• Experience with Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Sprint methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards
Roles & Responsibilities 1. Delivery of a highly available, highly reliable, scalable product-solution.2. Lead & drive all frontend UI based RFPs, solutioning activities, client visits demonstrations, price estimation model3. Drive Career path, Learning & Development strategy & planning for UI dev team,4. Hands on to jump into any escalation and support delivery on UI area5. Analyze various UI Technologies, front-end frameworks / libraries etc. to design an ideal approach and define better architecture based on client requirements.6. Work closely with Project Managers, Scrum Master, Onsite coordinators, UX teams and other verticals
1. Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise-based solutions.
2. Taking ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
9. Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization, and support
1. Should have experience in interacting with stakeholders and architects to create technology specifications from business requirements for one or more modules within the project
2. Identification of team members capability and utilize to the advantage of the organization.
3. Proficient in articulating the pros and cons of different technologies to clients and the project team.
4. Ability and drive the performance tuning, re-design, and re-factoring for a module
5. Contributes to designing and implementing the build, release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application of the front-end applications.
6. Lead and mentor the development team members about the UI Technologies.
7. Should have enough experience in supporting presales activities RFI/RFP in crafting UI solutions and identifying best UI stack of technologies based on the client requirements.
