Job Description

  • To meet Architects, Structural consultants , contractors, OEMs, Project Management Consultants & Direct Customers for approval of entire range ofOrganisational products.
  • To approach AAI / MES / CPWD / RITES / PWD etc govt departments for approvals oforganizations range of products.
  • To get information about new projects from Architects / Developers / Structural consultants & Govt organizations.
  • To generate the requirement for the product by meeting a prospective client, and discussing with them about the product, its quality, and benefits.
  • Relationship management with key Consultants/Architects/ Contractors /Dealers.
  • New Market Development.
  • Appointment of Distributors and Dealers
  • Meet sales and collection targets on a monthly basis
  • Demand Forecast and Planning
  • Collection of Pending statutory forms.
  • To understand customer requirements with respect to product and service and ensure the same is met in coordination with a plant.
  • Co-coordinating with factory and distribution team to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Demonstration of the product, presentations to the target audience
  • To prepare and submit quotation & negotiation.
  • Development of MIS & Budgeting
  • Keeping a close watch on Competitors activities.
Managing, Guiding and Training of existing team and also build a team for effective coverage of the territory.Other Information:Should be smart with good leadership quality, analytical ability, selling & communication skills.
