Job Description

Designation: US Healthcare Recruiter/Sr. Healthcare Recruiter(Work from office)Experience: 0.6-5years into US Healthcare RecruitmentShifts: 7 PM to 4 AMDate of joining: ASAPRole & Responsibilities for Healthcare Recruiter:

  • Will be working on Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc(Healthcare Nursing)
  • Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager)
  • Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)
  • Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.
  • Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
  • Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
  • Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
  • Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
  • Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual recruitment.
