  • Customer Query handling, online support and training, ticket generation and resolution, client confirmation and satisfaction.upsell add on modules. Coordination with internal team.
  • Client Satisfaction, Timely Ticket Resolution and confirmation from customer, Upsell
  • Timely ticket resolution within TAT, Permanent Solution and Client Satisfaction
Education-B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BEE MANDATEMandate skill set-
  1. Customer Care,
  2. ticket resolution process and understanding of ERP,
  3. Must have prior experience of ERP,
  4. Excellent communication skills and customer handling
