While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.As a Marketing Specialist, you will be working as part of the GSS Shared Services Team to produce high-quality deliverables within Nokia CX Marketing. This position requires a creative problem solver with a good understanding of conceptual design, from creation/development through to presentation to clients for review/refinement. Will also be responsible for providing back-end support for the event held in various countries by setting up events in tool, creating registration pages, managing registrations, creating and analyzing survey forms, preparing event analysis report, coordinating with the event managers/presenters/stakeholdersWhat you will learn and contribute toAs part of our team, you will:
    • Conceptualizing the strategic direction of a project to provide creative, professional and functional deliverables that align with business needs.
    • Determine project scope including effective brief taking, negotiating deadlines, and creating and communicating timescales for complex marketing/communication campaigns.
    • Good in MS Excel (Excel Pivots, Lookups, charts, etc.) and PowerPoint with relevant experience
    • Think cell knowledge is required
    • Experience on Aventri, Jifflenow, Coptello or any other event management tool is add-on
    • Delivering quality output while maintaining timelines.
    • Building and developing relationships with global stakeholders.
    Your skills and experienceYou have:
    • Proficient in Adobe Master Collection CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate (Flash AS3), Premiere Pro and After Effects).
    • Good in MS Excel (Excel Pivots, Lookups, charts, etc.) and PowerPoint with relevant experience
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
    • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work well within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
