VP GM HEAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTQUALIFICATION: - GRADUATEEXPERIENCE: - 15+YRSJOB DESCRIPTIONProject scheduling, administration, resources planning, execution and control, Directing Project management initiatives like defining technical specifications, reporting and documentation, commissioning and executing the entire Project along with controlling daily operations Preparing construction project budget estimates, planning and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitoring the progress Preparing contracts and agreements; negotiating revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, establishing and implementing policies & procedures for desired quality control Analyzing data and information, directing purchase of building materials Man management and team building Conceptualizing & implementing detailed project reports and project execution plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays & profits attached Listing down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set Attaining cost effectiveness by alternative design methodology, proper work planning & controlling the wastage of material & labor establishing time span of project execution as per specifics Monitoring project status during the course of periodic project review meetings Evaluating Designs; coordinating with Consultants & Sub Contractors for changes in the same Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities Interacting with Site Purchasers and Suppliers for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories, material with timely delivery so as to minimize project cost Overseeing pre-tender obligations like submitting pre-qualifications, study of contractual conditions, project cost analysis including considering cost impact of techno-commercial conditions Maintaining bill of quantities for all works like structure, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Services Coordinating with Main Contractors; monitor their performance in view of project schedule.
