Job Description

Welcome Desk:-

  • Responsible for inbound call pick at central numbers & addressing the customer queries (For overflowing Calls, in case of THD is busy/ Not available).
  • For customers reporting Technical break fix/ Service requirement, Log the call in SAP with THD task and provide them Complain Number/Notification no.
  • WD is responsible for checking the central service support mail id and timely reply to customers (internal/external).
  • While checking mails, WD has to ensure that call must be logged in SAP and customer must be addressed via mail itself providing Complain No. & next course of action.
  • To work as central point of contact for providing updates on already existing complains.
  • To work as extended arm of THD, handling calls which are overflowed and missed by them, So Missed call addressing at central numbers.
  • THD validation:-WD has to ensure that each and every call that is closed by THD must be checked with customer for his satisfaction on same day itself.
  • WD need to work as adhoc planner in case of Planner non availability
  • MIS:- WD has to maintain the MIS for work being done in this function
  • He/She must be having good Communication Skills, Written & Oral
  • Basic Know how of Excel & exposed to ERP softwares
  • Comfortable to handle Tele calls with efficiency
  • Will be based in Bhiwadi
  • Languages, English as must and southern language know how will be plus.
  • Open to work in shifts, 6 Days a week
