Job Description

    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and ensure that the quality is maintained at Accuracy of 100% in all the MIS generated from the Team.
    • Analyze the data on regular basis to ensure that the contractibility is maintained.
    • Data upload and download on Dialer.
    • Maintain all the data received for upload and also their status.
    • Client interactions on the day to day transactions.
    • Maintain the Dialer strategy to meet the required contractibility
    • Automation Skills with SQL Language will be added advantage to the same.
