Job Description

Looking for Youtuber Channel Manager professional for our leading MUSIC COMPANY, who will lead all aspects of audience engagement, channel growth, revenue and content acquisition.Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for formulating strategy, partner & creator management, payment reports.
  • Managing the Cine-curry brand and creators channels on YouTube.
  • Managing YouTube CMS claims, policies, assets and copyright.
  • Work with the talent acquisition team to identify new creators and partners for YouTube network.
  • Brief and work in collaboration with partners and creators to optimize channel and original programming concepts, to best deliver audience development, scheduling and deployment objectives.
  • Build audience and loyalty through development of new and managing existing channel and programming concepts.
  • Develop launch and deployment plans for all new channel
Qualification and Requirements:
  • Graduate/post graduate with experience in managing MCN is preferred.
  • YouTube Certified: Audience Growth & Content ID strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience working within the YouTube CMS and with YouTube analytics.
  • Understanding of the tools and other online options available to enhance channel/video performance.
  • Good communication skills.
