Job Title: P&L HeadLocation: Bangalore / Mumbai / GurgaonExperience: 10 - 13 years (interior fit-out management)Role: Seeking a results-driven Zonal Business Head to lead and manage the overall business performance of an assigned region. The role carries end-to-end ownership of the zones revenue, profitability, project delivery, client relationships, and team performance.Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the complete P&L for the assigned zone. Drive revenue growth, profitability, collections, and business expansion. Develop and execute regional business plans and growth strategies. Lead business development initiatives and key client relationships. Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery, quality, and profitability. Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and operational efficiency. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across sales, projects, and operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual commitments, and statutory requirements. Prepare business forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 12 years of experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, construction, or related industries.Prior experience handling regional business operations with P&L responsibility. Strong understanding of sales, project execution, commercial management, and client engagement.Proven ability to drive business growth and lead high-performing teams.
