Job Description

Position: General Manager (GM)Salary: 60,000 70,000 per monthLocation: GoaWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PMKey Responsibilities:- Lead and manage overall business operations.- Ensure timely execution of projects and site activities.- Handle client interactions and maintain strong customer relationships.- Supervise and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.- Monitor project billing, estimation, and costing activities.- Resolve operational and project-related challenges efficiently.- Drive performance, productivity, and business growth.Required Skills:- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Proficiency in AutoCAD.- Expertise in billing, estimation, and project costing.- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.- Job-oriented, focused, trustworthy, and result-driven attitude.- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.Experience:- 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience.Benefits:- Travel Allowance as per company policy.
