• Hands-on Experience: Candidate must have hands-on experience minimum in any of the following 4 modules - Cloud HCM Modules like CoreHR, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting.
• Technical Skills: Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.
• Preferred Qualifications: Implementation experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, working knowledge of SQL.
