Job Description

OB DETAILS Driving out complete operations of Smart Barley for the allocated procurement center/s. Searching out for new areas of production, farmer identifications and vendor managements. Carrying out 5 Technical Visits and recording farmers feedback at different stages. Recording the crop performance and providing the regular feedback to Field Agronomist and Senior Manager- Ag. Development. Ensuring the farmer are implementing the crop protocol and recording the evidences for that. Making farmer visit reports and Database files and sharing it with the Field Agronomists Driving Special Projects in the region Existing Farmers development and retention ratio -thereby ensuring that the member farmer of one year continues to be our farmer in next year. Procurement readiness- Ensuring all the plans are in place at least a month before the procurement at the Smart Barley purchase centers. Driving quality adoption by farmers- thereby training them on how they can achieve the best quality. Ensuring smooth logistics flow of commodity from the Procurement center to Malt house.
