Greetings from Vibrant HR.Immediate Openings for International Voice Process in Ooty - CoonoorDesignation - Customer support executiveExperience - 3 +YearsCTC - Up to 3.5 LShift - Night Shift

Minimum 2+Years of experience in International Voice Process (US Voice process)

Excellent Communication Skills.

International BPO Voice Process Experience will be an added advantageCalling Experience.

Preferable the candidates nativity and schooling should be in Ooty.

Willing to work in Night Shift.

Exposure in email, Internet, Telephone, Etiquette and MS Office Preferred.
Should have good knowledge with MS Excel.Candidates must be positive with polite attitude.
To take inbound calls and resolve customer queries.Handle email queries, when needed.To maintain TAT in resolving queries as per internal process.Daily reporting and call tracking.
