Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:You will be heading the office and your skills and attitude will decide the first impressions of any guest to the hotel. Your responsibilities include: Overseeing administrative activities Handling room availability Coordinating all front desk activities like calls, reservations and guest services Ensuring timely customer service Attending to customer complaints and resolving them quickly Achieve sales target for a portfolio of accounts Effective communication and quick resolution of client issues Maintain repeat business and identify new sales opportunities You will be required to assist the Accounts Manager in the delivering a pleasant customer experience. Overseeing of account receivable and payable from time to time Process all bills in time to avoid any inconvenience Prepare sales reports to be presented to senior management Compute taxes and prepare file returns Provide all statistical information to be submitted to Govt. You will be in charge of a host of activities of the front office such as: Greeting each guest Filling their registration form and assigning rooms Handle payment procedures Track room availability and manage check- in and check- out timings. Handle calls with proper etiquette Report any unusual occurrences or requests to the front office manager Maintain a clean and clutter- free front desk area No. of Vacancies: 4 Rooms are made as per company standard Develop and implement housekeeping procedures Maintain sufficient stock of housekeeping supplies Prepare annual housekeeping budget Resolving guest complaints On- the- job training of new staff Coordinating preventive maintenance of rooms Your role is to supervise and coordinate the activities of room keepers and direct all daily housekeeping functions. Serve as a communication interface between guests and housekeeping staff. Coordinate assigning of work according to the list of vacant rooms to be cleaned and prospective checkouts. Communicate effectively with the Front Office and other departments Schedule cleaning of different sections of the hotel and major periodic cleaning projects Attend to guest complaints Monitor housekeeping inventory and prepare store requisitions No. of Vacancies: 2 Your responsibility is to perform the routine cleaning and servicing of rooms of the hotel and report any damages/ issues to the housekeeping supervisor. Your duties include: Making the bed Cleaning the floor and bathrooms Replenishing room and bath supplies Food and Beverage No. of Vacancies: 3 You chief role is to coordinate the operations of the restaurant so that customers have a smooth dining experience. Recruit and manage staff Greet customers and organize table reservations Check stock levels and order supplies Maintain high levels of hygiene, health and safety Analyze sales levels and organize promotional offers You will be the face of the restaurant, the first person the customers will see. Greeting the customers and making them seated Allotting reservations, changing them when necessary Offering guests the menu, and information about any special offers Overseeing the waiters and stewards You are responsible for keeping the entire restaurant clean and neat. Your duties include: Cleaning dishes and utensils Cleaning cooking equipment and kitchen counters Cleaning up spills, replace table cloth and return tables to original settings for new customer You are responsible for the hygienic preparation of food and its aesthetic presentation to guests. Inspect supplies and kitchen area for conformance to health, hygiene and safety standards Instruct other cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food Recruit cooks and other staff Decide pricing of items on menu Your job is to work according to the directives of the chef. Your job responsibilities include: Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes of your specialty (South/ North Indian/ Nadan) Helping the head chef develop new menu additions Follow high standards of hygiene and safety Minimize wastage during food preparation to improve profit margins As a Commis III you will be responsible for the following duties: Support the CPD in daily work Control food stock Maintain hygiene of the work areas Ensure highest quality and consistency of food prepared You are responsible for the maintenance of kitchen work areas, cooking equipment and utensils. Clean utensils, work tables, fridge etc according to sanitary standards Mop clean the kitchen floor ,
