    • Negotiating salaries: Recruiters may negotiate salaries with candidates.
    • Working with hiring managers: Recruiters work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft job descriptions.
    • Tracking candidate information: Recruiters maintain candidate information in an applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Attending job fairs: Recruiters attend job fairs and hiring events to find potential candidates.
