• Technical Leadership:
• Lead a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Oversee the entire AI/ML development lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
• AI/ML Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
• Explore and implement cutting-edge AI techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Problem-Solving:
• Identify and address complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and solve business problems using AI/ML solutions.
• Innovation:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and industry trends.
• Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new AI/ML initiatives.
• Collaboration:
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn,).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and architectures.
• Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Publication record in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals.
• Experience with specific AI/ML domains (e.g., NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning).
