Additionally, we require candidates for the position ofSite Supervisor. The details are as follows:
• Location: PAN India (various project sites)
• Responsibilities: The Site Supervisor will oversee complete solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects at various sites.
• Salary Range: Dependent on experience.
• Number of positions: 5
Site Supervisor - Solar EPCKey Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage on-site activities for solar EPC projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
• Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems.
• Conducted inspections and audits to ensure project specifications and quality were maintained.
• Manage labour and resources efficiently on-site.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
• Proven experience in managing solar EPC projects.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as per project requirements.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site management or supervision within the solar energy sector.
