JOB INFORMATIONWe are seeking a talented Visual Designer/ Front End Developer with fluency in web, mobile and print design to join our creative team. Bachelorrsquos of Fine Arts in graphic/ web design or related field middot A portfolio that demonstrates creative visual design, particularly in web, UI and print middot A minimum of 3 yearsrsquo experience in web design middot Experience designing desktop and mobile UI middot Experience with responsive design middot Experience with E- commerce, user flows and conversion funnels middot Ability to create designs that achieve conversion goals while maintaining brand style middot Excellent typographical skills middot Excellent layout skills with a preference for simple, clean design middot Ability to design dense information displays so that they are easy to understand middot Expertise in PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator middot Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS (LESS, SCSS) middot Experience with print design and file preparation middot Experience working in Bootstrap, jquery, Ajax, javascript middot Ability to work on- site in our Kerala, India office middot Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects in a fast- paced environment while paying close attention to detail middot Ability to work independently and is a quick learner middot Personable, open to feedback, with ability to defend design decisions middot Experience in PowerPoint is a strong plus middot Front- end development experience is a strong plus Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite CS4, CS5, CS6, proficiency in Axure a plusAbility to work in a fast- paced, high- pressure environment, while remaining flexible and adaptive to change Solid understanding of the principles behind user experience, web navigation, SEO, user habits, current design trends, cross- browser and platform compatibility issues,
