The ideal candidate will have a can- do attitude, passion for technology, extensive development experience, and will be able to get up to speed quickly.2 years in the IT industry and a good understanding of the full life cycle of development 2 years of hands- on experience in PHP/ MYSQL, .net/ SQL Server programming database driven web sites in technologies Experience with Javascript, JSON, XML, Web Services and Ajax Experience with Javascript framework such as JQuery or Prototype, bootstrap Thorough understanding of Social Networking and Web 2.0 technologies Very strong HTML 5, CSS3, LESS, XHTML knowledge Excellent Object Oriented programming knowledge including creating classes and functions Excellent responsive design knowledge Proven ability to learn new technologies and deliver measureable results Experience with MySQL administration / optimization Experience with Memcached, Varnish or other caching technologies Experience with WAMP, Apache, Nginx or Lighttpd administration Strong SEO / SEM knowledge Detail- oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple- tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Graphic Design experience with Ai, Photoshop also is a plus Bash / Shell scripting A real ldquoproblem solverrdquo type person is desired Local Candidate preferred,
