Job Description

    Dear Candidate,We are Hiring for Branch Manager for NBFCRoles & Responsibilties Location- Pune, Maharashtra otherWork locations: Khamgaon, Pune, BarshiBusiness achievement through a team of dedicated Customer Relationship Officers (CRO)Managerial ResponsibilitiesLeading/managing the team members/customer relationship officers to achieve the target business numbers.To maintain good relationship with Vistaar Channel Partners and have good database from these partners to source leads from them.Result oriented approach and coordination among different team such as credit, operations, IT, legal, risk etc. in order to achieve the business.Generation of business through CROs and VCOs by extending all types of support and regular follow ups and monitoring.Strengthening both direct sourcing and alternate channels such as VCPs in order to achieve the business target.Taking ownership of the branch and its activities including marketing and branding related. Updating/training the CROs about changes in the product features or any changes in the procedure on regular interval.To be a part of hiring process of capable and dedicated CROs along with the higher officials in order to strengthen the human resource position of the company and thereby ensuring continuous business cycle.Execution of task with complete integrity and transparencyAchieving the given target within time limits by supporting team membersand continuous generation of business through CROs, VCOsConducting daily huddle meeting in the first hour with CROs, CM and Ops to discuss the business strategy, sharing of different ideas, solve/attend any issues with overall objective of achieving team spirit and business.Ensuring timely and regular log in by the respective CROs in order to keep the business flowing on continuous basis.Conducting PPD, PD with utmost sincerity and agility to decide the genuine requirement/capacity of the borrower and timely delivery of the results.Coordinating with all departments like Business, Credit/Risk, Operation in order to disburse the cases without any delay.Ensuring creation of mortgage wherever applicable with utmost sincerity.Monitoring the portfolio regularly in order to contain any delinquency symptoms in the initial stage by meeting such clients with proactive measures.Sincere and dedicated effort to recover overdue amount from the respective clients on regular basis and support to recovery team as and when required.Monitoring the lead flow at the branch through SpotWays/CRM.Taking any additional responsibility as and when it is required with focus on deliverables.Job RequirementsQualifications: Graduation/Diploma or equivalent qualificationExperience: Minimum experience of 3 years in in banks/MFI/NBFC lending.Functional Competencies: Building partnerships and coordination among different stake holders such as field officers, customers and team members to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.Mentoring field officers by providing guidance and feedback to help them realize their fullest potential and in turn improving the performanceAbility to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions and/or reaching conclusions.Ability to take action consistent with principles and goals of the organization.Ability to adapt and support highly dynamic team members.Behavioral Competencies Responsibility and accountability of the branchBuilding trust and relationships among the team membersProactive approach to lead by example and adhering to codes of conduct and principles.Go and getter attitude in the highly competitive urban atmosphere without compromising business standard.Regards,Team HR
