URGENT NEED SAFETY OFFICER IN A MNCLOCATION-PAN INDIADROP CV WITH #SAFETYhidden_mobile (WHATS APP CV)hidden_emailQUALIFICATION- DIPLOMA IN SAFETY (REGULAR MUST)EXP-3-8 YEARSSALARY- 3LPA TO 4LPADROP CV WITH #SAFETYhidden_mobile (WHATS APP CV)hidden_emailResponsibilitiesDrive ImplementationImplement the process safety management framework, including standards, procedures and tools for process safety and risk management Implement Policies/SOPs across General Safety & Emergency Preparedness, Health, Hygiene & Environment, and Housekeeping dimensions etc.
2. HSE Audits - Conduct regular HSE audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
3. HSE Preparedness Well versed fire safety elements, types of fire extinguishers, and fire mitigation strategies, Firefighting, CPR, first aid, etc.
4.HSE Standards - Understanding of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, etc. Awareness of VLL safety standards, i.e. W@H, Confined spaces, PTW, LOTO, Scaffolding, Chemical handling, GESM, PPE, VDSD, Lifting shifting, etc. Cognizant of regulatory safety training requirements, industrial hygiene surveys, OHSAS and ISO standards
5. Training and Communication - Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, etc. Expertise in media production (e.g. safety tutorial), communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. Ability to effectively communicate incident details, safety guidelines, mock drill schedule, safety training calendar, etc.
6. Leadership & Communication - Good communications and leadership skills Strong interpersonal skills in managing direct and indirect reporters with a clear bias towards leading with example - Ability to drive collaboration across departments etc.
