Warranty data anlysis from BW server on weekly basis and monthly basis and publish the report with in team.and to external commodites as and when required. Handling of transmission related concerns which are coming from Warranty .Good knowledge on Steering, suspension linkages and its handling for field related complaints Consolidate the SCR and Master list of concerns which are reported by CC through waranty and take up with suppliers to resolve the concerns. Handling of bus body related concerns in field and take up with Supplier for its improvement.
