Accounts assistants provide administrative support to accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.Other duties and responsibilities of the job include: Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals Preparing statutory accounts Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily mail and answering any queries Managing petty cash transactions Controlling credit and chasing debt Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits Store Inventory Management Order Hotel & Restaurant consumables and supplies Check received stock against invoices Mark prices on stock Print and record receipts Preparing weekly store balance and minimum stock details Daily consumption monitoring Daily balance stock monitoring Experience: minimum 1 2 years.Knowledge of Tally Essential Salary : Rs. 8000Candidates must be currently residing in Goa only ,
