Job Description

We have opening for the post of RO/SRO forGoa location.Purpose: The role primarily comprises to achieve the desired sales objectives by Achieving business plans as agreed with the Bank Partners.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for achieving Insurance premium targets through the sales distribution channels & delivery on retention targetsTo maximize customer contact and coverage by analyzing and assigning opportunitiesWork on assigned leads by the Bank and generate referral from every customer that visits the branchTo classify customer base on the basis of their product usage pattern, income, and other socio economic and cultural factorsTo ensure understanding of internal processes and timely update of system records and proper documentation checksKey Skills:Knowledge of the insurance sector, regulations applicable to insurance sector and the Companies and competitors productsExcellent communication, interpersonal and selling skills.Aptitude for financial numbersStrong problem solving skills and decision making abilityExperience: Min 1 years in BFSI SalesGraduation is mandatoryCTC: 2 to 3.25 LPA + 2 K traveling PMLocation:Goa All area
