Designation - Project In charge for an upcoming site Contract Period - 1.5 years to be continued Profile SCOPE OF WORK WILL BE:- 1. Co- ordination with all contractors, consultants & with client for Interior & Services work. 2. Guideline for execution of Interior & Services work. 3. Project scheduling as per business plan. 4. Assistance to negotiate with agencies and vendors. 5. Quality checks & workmanship assurance. 6. Certify all running bill and final account settlement for Interior & Services work. 7. Procurement assistance. 8. Review of progress from time to time. 9. Will handle 1 Engineer at the project, having exposure to Interior & Services work. 10. Will take follow- ups with contractors & vendors for timely completion of the allotted work &delivery of the ordered material, at site. Basically, someone who has worked under a professional PMC company or under a reputed builder. Should have a minimum experience of 10 years in an interior and civil projects. Salary range depending on the profile and experience.
