To create the first positive impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm welcoming manner. Perform SPA Treatment which includes Professional Body Massages, Area focused treatments, Signature treatments, Technical Body Treatments and any other Body treatment of the spa menu as per the protocols set by organization. Should explain to the guest procedure of the treatment, Detailing of Products and expected result. Provide highest quality services to maintain the brand value. . Roles & Responsibilities: Provide consistent professional Ayurveda based spa massages and body treatments compliant with spa protocols and accepted documentation practices. Uphold the standards of hygiene and sterilization as directed by law and the spas policies and procedures. Possess the aptitude to work with no direct supervision. Maintain a constructive attitude and add toward a quality work environment. Perform prep work, correctly clean and restock room as necessary. Be flexible with schedule, as per needs of the spaProper care for spa consumables and use proper amounts so as to assist with proper cost control of used items. Desired Skills: Candidate should be passionate about ensuring peoples holistic physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Should be empathetic to focus on individual needs and by leading them to a path of self-discovery through creating memorable spa experiences.
