Roles and responsibilities About the Position We have grown 3x each of the past two years. We have also recently closed a large round of funding and are looking to step up our expansion plans. To support all this, we are looking for someone to come in and help us design and set up the Compensation & Benefits processes. The candidate needs to be extremely hands on, while also being able to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the values and ways of working for our organization. The right person will be a talent maverick who is able to conceptualize and implement rewards programs for the organization. What You ll Do: As an individual contributor and reporting to the Head of HR Center of Excellence, the successful applicant will: Support the Head HR CoE on all C&B design initiatives covering all business locations in India. The role will be responsible for the entire gamut of Compensation, Benefits and Wellbeing activities. Act as a Functional expert on all aspects of Compensation, Benefits, Pension schemes and Statutory compliances/ labor laws. Responsible for managing the entire process of Compensation & Benefits benchmarking surveys, job mapping, range analysis and building proposals. Support the design and subsequent annual reviews of Salary ranges for the entire organization. Support design & implementation of 91Spring board s Pay for Performance & Talent Retention initiatives including administration of LTIs like equity based plans, ESOPs etc. Support the development and maintenance of policies, benefits and wellbeing initiatives and C&B Communications. Partner with various functions and External consultant for evaluating job roles across businesses using Mercer s IPE methodology. Monitors internal, external and peer group compensation and benefits data/ trends to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness of Compensation and Benefits programs for the various locations. Support the Year End process including salary range validation and development. Support relevant adhoc HR CoE projects and initiatives as and when required. Provide analysis and produce analytic reports and presentation material for leadership teams. What You ll Need As a successful applicant, you will have: Good understanding of essential Compensation related concepts and understanding important C&B activities such as market surveys, salary ranges and benefits including statutory provisions. Experience in managing complex projects with proven project management skills. Detail oriented with an analytical approach to define, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make fact based decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a flair of building process flows, reference materials, guidelines and policy documents. You Are Someone Who Has: Master s degree in HR/ Organizational Development, from a Tier 1 management institute 2 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in Performance/ Rewards/ Human Capital Advisory/ Consulting What You Get An opportunity for you to join a dynamic organization in one of the hottest sectors right now.
