The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working in diverse, multicultural environments. The Early Years Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, implementing engaging curriculum activities, and supporting the developmental needs of young children.Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Planning and Implementation:Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that accommodate varying learning styles and cultural backgroundsFoster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environmentImplement effective behavior management strategies and support children in developing positive social skillsObserve and assess each childs progress and developmental milestones.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with other teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure a cohesive learning experience.Engage with the wider school community, including participating in school events and parent meetings.Creative and innovative approach to teaching and problem-solvingStrong organizational and time management skills.QualificationsDiploma in Early Childhood EducationMinimum 2 years of experience teaching young children, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in any foreign language is an advantage,
