Job Description

As a leading name in the textile industry known for high-quality fabrics and made-ups, Adinath Tex Chem Limited specializes in providing innovative and sustainable textile solutions to customers in the fashion, furnishing, and industrial segments. We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Area Sales Executive to join our sales team for the Goa region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of fabrics and made-up textile products, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence in the territory.Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional clients. You will be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities, and handle product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, monitoring competitor activities, and providing strategic inputs to the management will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis regularly.To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the textile industry (fabric/made-ups). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
