Facility Manager (Technical Role) Huge Site with 160 to 180 people reporting ( including employees and contractors). Candidate must have experience in Technical Leadership (Maintenance of the equipment) and Client handling. Age Criteria - Mid 30s or Early 40s Candidate will report to Engineering Head of Company for Functional reporting and Operations Manager of Sodexo for Administrative reporting. Candidate must have 15 years experience with at least 5 years experience in Pharma industry. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Direct the technical, maintenance & engineering team in a facility. Monitor production, workflow, and time schedule; Make changes as needed to improve efficiency and quality of work performed by trade personnel and outside contractors. Coordinate planning, scheduling and implementation of activities to accomplish work in cooperation with other facility departments and services. Coordinate work to fit daily schedule in collaboration with all department executives. Coordinate schedules and projects in collaboration with all department executives. Provide technical assistance to trade personnel. Participate in monthly staff meetings and coordinate safety and technical training sessions. Actively participate with the implementation and ongoing evaluation of preventive maintenance systems. Preferably from Pharma Background. Desired Profile Able to manage a team effectively BE or Diploma in engineering from either Mechanical or Electrical. Effective problem solving skills. Analytical ability.
