Job Description

Numadic is hiring a Head of Product We are hiring a Head of Product to join our team in undisrupting movement. You will spend a significant portion of your time dealing with our customers directly, and follow it up by analysing actual behaviours through our analytics tools. Your insights will lead to tweaks to our products and you will often implement the same within hours. Your metrics will involve both input and outcome params with generous time allotted to strategic gains and quick turnaround expected on tactical ones. To succeed in this role you must have an analytical mind with a keen interest in problem solving and communication.About the role:

Role requirements:
  1. Self-starter - Ability to inquire, understand and act using data and instinct.
  2. Tools - GSheets, GSlides, Asana, Jira, Bitbucket.
  3. Strategic - Ability to develop solutions to complex strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach.
  4. Bias for action - ability to move quickly while taking time out to review the details.
  5. Clear communicator - Ability to synthesise and clearly articulate complex information, highlighting key takeaways and actionable insights.
  6. Team player - Working mostly autonomously, yet being a team player keeping your crews looped-in.
  7. Background - Experience in product strategy / product management / technical project management / or high-growth operations experience at a startup or consulting firm.
  8. Education - MBA or engineering degree from a tier 1 / 2 college or university.
  9. Mindset - Ability to take responsibility for your life and that of your people and projects.
  10. Mindfulness - Ability to maintain practices that keep you grounded.
